The Center for Applied Research in Collaborative and On-Demand Computing's (CCODC) mission is to help New York State business and industry benefit from the application of cutting-edge collaborative and on-demand computing technologies, which are rapidly transforming the enterprise data center. The CCODC offers services, support and training to assist new and existing companies in applying technologies that multiply computing capacity at a substantial cost savings, as well as to exploit the economic benefit of the on-demand computing paradigm. Transfer of these technologies from university to industry requires new skills, which the Center is uniquely qualified to develop for New York State 's workforce.
